Hotel Family House

Great location near Metro line Service staff were incredibly kind and helpful, helping us carry our small suitcases to our room on the 4th floor ( There is no elevator), Instead of pointing there are free cups and tableware on the 2nd floor, the staff member personally retrieved it for us. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom Quiet location and AC works well

The hotel was easy to find, and was close to the Manzoni Metro stop. There was a lovely lady on reception who was friendly and helpful, and looked after our bags after we checked out, so we could enjoy the last few hours in Rome. The check in process was easy, and the room was spacious and clean, with a large bed, and spare pillows and bedding if needed. The bathroom was very clean, and the shower was a decent size and good water pressure. I bought my own toilet roll from the shop as I prefer rolls as opposed to single sheets from the dispenser, but that is just my preference. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily. The room key was a swipe card, which is also used for the lights. Overall, this is a fantastic, low-priced hotel, with a friendly and helpful host, and was clean and perfect for a short stay. I would definitely come back!

It was clean and very comfortable for a one star hotel. Everything one needs and aircon etc all working. Quite near to the Coliseum etc, very near to a fantastic gelateria. Owner apologised profusely for putting us on the top floor when she saw I was over 60. They let us stay on half an hour for an online meeting, which was great. Not suitable for staying in all day as too small.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean every day with change the towels, making a bed. The location of the hotel was perfectly to visit all popular place, we didn't use public communication, everywhere we walked. Near the hotel , near train station was food hall with different good dishes.

First about location. Great ! Second, about, location ! Great ! Third, location , great ! What is next question ? Room was very good, although there was no elevator but I had balcony. Unique private room with balcony. Bathroom also , what I needed, clean with hot water. Everthing we need to feel comfortable.
